Description
Sponsored Open since February 2024 and located above the municipal swimming pool, this restaurant promotes seasonal produce. Run by two former pastry chefs who trained at Cheval Blanc in Saint-Tropez, the restaurant offers a short, homemade menu that invites you to indulge your sweet tooth: fine pumpkin tartlet and goat's cheese ice cream, mushroom ravioli, squid stuffed with ratatouille... the dishes honor the flavors of the South. As for desserts, in addition to ephemeral recipes that change according to the season, nearly fifteen flavors of homemade ice creams and sorbets are available. The establishment also offers a gourmet grocery corner with a selection of travel cakes, cakes and other sweets to take home. A brunch menu is available on Sundays (from 10am to 1pm), with two formulas to suit all appetites (from €27 to €39). A hot drink, juice and a basket of home-made pastries are included. Even the spreads and jams are made in-house! Reopening December 4.
