Gault&Millau's review 2025

Perched on the Escalet hillside and facing the sea, this piece of Eden features a hotel with 8 rooms, 19 suites and 13 sublime villas surrounded by olive and cypress trees, all decorated by Michel Reybier and under the direction of Jacques Garcia, who brings out the best of his grammar here... A southern decor enamelled with Vallauris ceramics, plant frescoes inspired by Jean Cocteau and light wood design furniture. Ultra-popular, the place also benefits from the prestige of its chef Éric Canino, who offers a revisited Provençal cuisine, alongside a Japanese cuisine based on sushi to be enjoyed on the rooftop overlooking the Mediterranean. Last but not least, the Nescens spa offers an impressive range of treatments, as well as Pilates and yoga programs, and stays designed entirely for the rebirth of body and mind.
