No matter the season, the Saint-Tropez Riviera vibe reigns supreme, offering a relaxed and luxurious escape. The dining experience is both sophisticated and convivial, offering a variety of small plates to share (shrimp fritters, tarama, guacamole, caviar rolls…) and lively dishes with a Provençal twist: “borgne” bouillabaisse and cappelleti with rouille, marinated yellowtail, farm-raised guinea fowl served skin-on with braised thighs in verjus, chanterelle mushrooms, and mashed potatoes, dame blanche, and a WWL éclair with Madagascar vanilla and coffee…
