Chef's Restaurant No more Régalade at the Porte d'Orléans? Yes, of course, the adventure begun at the turn of the century by Yves Camdeborde can continue with Clément Gélard. The convivial spirit of this well-crafted bistro cuisine is always present: after the welcome terrine, which is always there - albeit a little smaller, it seems to us - there's the lentil salad with haddock confit and harissa lemon condiment, the well roasted cod with a pea and mint milk emulsion, the poultry fricassee with vegetable julienne and coriander, before the unmissable rice pudding in a very fair €41 formula. Cool, friendly service, well-equipped cellar.
