Gourmet Restaurant A coherent program for David Rathgeber's restaurant, a former delicatessen now hosting a generous, meaty bistro, where traditions are comfortably established. The house confirms this popular spirit, with a friendly atmosphere where timeless pleasures are shared: potted snails, croquettes of pig's trotters with tartar sauce, vol-au-vent of sweetbreads and poultry with supreme sauce, beef chuck braised in red wine and melting carrots, salted butter caramel cream. Suitable cellar.
