Gourmet Restaurant One of the most exciting bistros on the young scene in Bisont, with a freshness and modernity in tune with the zeitgeist. Arnaud and Clothilde have as much a taste for aesthetics as they do for good, sustainable food, offering local, seasonal cuisine in a refined, sunny setting with Mediterranean colors and natural materials, terracotta and Moroccan zellige. The menu, with its militant accessibility (starters are €6.50 at lunchtime), reflects a good philosophy, between simplicity and openness. Start with trout confit, spinach siphon with cayenne pepper and ricotta condiment, then Grenoble skate wing, hummus and mizuna, low-temperature Bulloz farm pig belly, cima di rapa, creamy polenta with gorgonzola, and finally rice pudding with salted butter caramel and crumble.
