Gourmet Restaurant A modern table on the Hôtel de Ville side of the town hall, attractive not only for its beautiful art deco decor in indigo blue, woven cane, varnished parquet, blond wood and chick yellow chairs, but also for its ambitious seasonal cuisine, with its emphasis on sourced produce. The dishes are a testament to the chef's skill, from a mushroom starter with oyster mushrooms from La Boucle, braised morels and yellow wine in transparent papillote, curried focaccia with wild garlic pesto and Piedmont hazelnuts, to a wild fish pavé marinated in pontarlier and white miso, golden ball turnip spaghetti, peas and glazed green asparagus tips, yuzu-kosho sabayon, or mi-cuit de bœuf bazadais de la ferme des Aubracs, Asian marinade, leek confit and multicolored chard tombée, chard chimichurri sauce and leek mustard. Lunch menu €35 and tasting menu €60 or €75.
