Gourmet Restaurant It's a house that's true to the idea of an authentic bistro, popular in both senses of the word, welcoming crowds summer and winter alike, on its lovely terrace between the Doubs and the Beaux-Arts market, and inside, under the beams of this building with its peasant air. In the kitchen, chef Johan Grenot prepares logical, well-crafted Franc-Comtois dishes, detailed on the slate and served quickly: a starter of green asparagus, perfect egg and watercress coulis, pink trout steak with haddock and chicory sauce, veal head with gribiche sauce. A convivial atmosphere.
