Gourmet Restaurant With a lovely wooden terrace in season, and two large indoor dining rooms, this estate remains true to the tradition of seasonal cuisine, prepared by chef/owner Frédéric Ciranna, who is inspired by the day's arrivals and knows the producers and produce well. The lunchtime market menu offers excellent value for money, and the menu is fresh and appealing. Fillet of sea bass a la plancha with shellfish and piquillo emulsion, fillet of beef smoked with rosemary and devil's sauce, cheeses from Martin's and desserts that follow the seasons, like these cherries marinated in verbena. Well-stocked cellar and friendly service.
