Sponsored Just 10 km from Grasse, in a small commune on the historic Route Napoléon, this establishment is renowned for its two restaurants, 28-room hotel and large function room accommodating over a hundred guests. An authentic family-run business, the Relais Impérial is enjoying a new lease of life, thanks to the involvement of a team as motivated as ever. Building on the foundations laid by their forebears, the new owners have raised the quality of their traditional, generous cuisine without letting prices soar. They cite the importance of chef Johannes Viaud, who has been offering his expertise for over 30 years. On one side, you'll find a vaulted room where you can enjoy wood-fired pizzas. On the other side, in a traditional setting, you can savor dishes made from noble products: foie gras, smoked salmon, beef filet, whole duck breast... All appetites are satisfied!
