Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of town, on a charming cobbled street, the red-brick building is the setting for a regional and contemporary table. The interior lends itself to family dinners, with its colors, simple decor and beautiful textiles. The €42 menu showcases a fine technique, with a gravelax-style scallop roll, iodized hummus with squid ink and lime, a cod and saffron cassoulet, or a grilled duck breast with kampot pepper, honey and pine nut lacquer sauce, pommes grenailles and sweet potato mousseline. Cassoulet menu €38.
