Gourmet Restaurant A bar-restaurant in the city center, bringing a breath of fresh air with its contemporary cuisine and decor, featuring wallpaper, plant motifs, light wood and parquet flooring. Myriam and Arnaud cultivate a traveler's spirit, with well-crafted dishes that change with the seasons. On the €29 menu, octopus rabas, piquillo mayonnaise, lime zest, salmon pavé cooked in gravelax, nori leaves, risotto, asparagus ricotta and leafy carrots, low-temperature beef shank, red wine and cocoa sauce, braised endives, Japanese vinaigrette and pommes pont neuf. Market menu at €22.
