Chef's Restaurant Having worked at Ze Kitchen Galerie, Itinéraires and Porte 12, chef Julien Simonnet lacks neither experience nor creativity. Housed in a charming old-fashioned bistro, with a typical mosaic floor and sober decor, his vision of bistronomy is well-constructed, with a fine sense of presentation, on a starter of clam, eggplant, dashi, beet, rose and tobiko, or a pigeon leg in Japanese braise. An attractive 4-course set menu at €49.
