Gourmet Restaurant A discreet restaurant, but a bistro that's still doing very well, with its efficient, well-mastered cuisine and competitive cellar. The menu focuses on noble, well-sourced products, at frankly reasonable prices: San Daniele ham, bonito from Saint-Jean-de-Luz with nasturtium chlorophyll, peas, gwell and cabbage kimchi, turbot from Guilvinec, grilled pointed cabbage, Norman cockles, Utah Beach oyster sauce and pil pil with vadouvan, chocolate mousse, lemon cookie, coffee ice cream and citrus reduction. Lunch menu €28.
