Armand, the owner of the premises and an experienced professional, welcomes you to this building of character, a former boys' school of the Sainte-Cécile brotherhood. The dining room has retained the charm of period homes, with its moldings and high ceilings, and captivates with its chic country decor, while the superb terrace, planted with trees and peaceful, is an almost secret haven of peace. In the kitchen, Chef Yoann uses seasonal and local produce to create dishes inspired by the Occitan region, with a touch of creativity and a few spices here and there for flavors and tastes that will take you on a journey. Don't miss the foie gras, the house specialty! The menu follows the seasons, and is accompanied by Gaillac wines and pearls from the region's winemakers.
