Gourmet Restaurant This harbor-side bistro stands out from the crowd. Guillaume Pape (14.5/20, 2 toques, at L'Embrun), who signs the menu, brings a guarantee that is not lacking in allure. With a constantly changing menu, the suggestions are both appealing and reassuring, with, for example, a simple leek-lardon puff pastry that opens the ball with gusto, followed by a thick cut of mullet, hyper-fresh and impeccably cooked. It's a fine tribute to a fish that's certainly not part of the aristocracy, but which proves that it's a resource to be reckoned with, especially as it's topped with a light seaweed sauce that's just right. Jerusalem artichoke completes the score. The floating island with its almond praline heart and vanilla crème brûlée ensure a light finish. The room, which stretches out towards the kitchens, invites conviviality (the few tables at the entrance are the brightest), which can only blossom further with a well-constructed wine list: Cour-cheverny Domaine des Huards, jasnières de la Roche Bleue, montlouis de la Taille aux Loups, savoie de Ludovic Archer, bergerac de la Jaubertie, morgon de Julien Sunier... Whiskies and digestifs also well chosen.
