Gourmet Restaurant It's always a pleasure to find this concentrate of truth and freshness, this unusual place not far from the station, a bar-tabac and a real restaurant, a place for sharing and conviviality. Amandine and Benoît Le Corvez's restaurant is one of the city's must-visit spots, open for breakfast in the morning and transforming into an authentic bistro at lunchtime, with local dishes full of savoir-faire and authenticity. The weekly menu is of a high standard, with a choice of fish or meat, saffron-flavored poultry ballotine, pumpkin espuma, garlic and onion jus, herb-crusted haddock supreme, carrot mousseline and hollandaise sauce, filet mignon of pig with mustard, potato and parmesan gratin, monkfish rosette with curry sauce, coconut, vegetable macédoine. Menu €22.90.
