Gault&Millau's review 2026

It's a venerable Breton house, with a classic, chic style and a perfect view of the region, the Atlantic, the marina and the military vessels, and not far from there, the Château de Brest. It's a moment of fine bourgeois tradition, with well-known, mastered recipes, to be rediscovered especially for special occasions: fish soup, braised oysters au gratin, supreme brill meunière, choucroute de la mer, bourride, pesked farz, île flottante... Plates of shellfish and fine fruit platters are obviously recommended.
