Gourmet Restaurant Everything is in its place: the beautiful bluish aquarium, the crew in their suits, the railings on the deck, a panoramic view of the port of Brest, to the east the fish market, opposite L'Abeille Bourbon, to the west the marina of the château, and everywhere, right down to the plates, Brittany and the Atlantic. This venerable establishment has been honoring its homeland since 1986, with a classic, seafaring approach, attentive service and famous platters to eat in or take away. The products are fresh and beautiful: shellfish, of course, but not just shellfish, noble fish and true traditions, supreme brill meunière, grilled lobster, sauerkraut from the sea, braised cod with wild garlic. The €40 formula is a safe bet, with mussels in sauce, braised haddock with sauvignon and Nantes butter, chicken supreme in cream sauce, floating island with custard and caramel coulis. A practical and honest cellar.
