Gourmet Restaurant A real bistro that exudes conviviality! A haven of comfort when the wind and rain take over the city. A charming place, too, when the sun is out and a few tables are set up in the back, in the little courtyard planted with flowers and trees. In any case, the atmosphere is just right for sharing a bottle from a well-thought-out selection of organic and biodynamic wines (chenin de loire and st nicolas de bourgueil) from Gérald Vallée, ménetou salon de Remoortere, muscadet from domaine Salmon. Vaucluse wines from Maison Alméras, Côte du Rhône from Domaine Gramenon...) and to treat guests to straightforward plates inspired by the market, such as this autumnal compote of squash, crumble, parmesan and chorizo, which precedes a filet of mullet boosted by a preparation combining sorrel, fennel with bacon and sweet potatoes. Then it's time to enjoy a final treat in the form of a pear flambéed with Cointreau. Tight prices, lively, relaxed service.
