Gourmet Restaurant A charming hotel on the heights of Sarlat, fully equipped and offering a remarkable view in a wooded setting. The chef prepares a well-calibrated market cuisine, transcribing the zeitgeist with sufficient mastery: grilled eggplant cannelloni with ricotta, mint, peppers and red onions, roasted fillet of sea bream, cauliflower mousseline with colombo spices, coriander cream, slice of rosbeef, spring vegetables with black sesame oil, horseradish jus, citrus gingerbread perdu and Timut pepper cream. Lunch menu €27.
