Original Restaurant In an unassuming street not far from the Musée Lapérouse, this table de bons vivants combines the pleasures of the glass and the plate in equal measure, taking as much care with a thoughtful cellar as with product-driven compositions. From €18: creamy button mushrooms, golden oyster mushrooms and poached egg; fillet of saithe with curry, zucchini and broccoli; stuffed tomato grandma-style with red rice; baba au rhum, chantilly and orange cream. Over 480 references in the cellar.
