Gourmet Restaurant Glide gently downhill to this safe, slightly secret address on the quiet Rue de la Concorde. The couscous here is so well made and justly renowned that the take-away business has developed nicely. The harira, couscous and other dishes on the surprise evening menu are always convincing.
