A solid brand, well established in its southwestern landscape. While the menu is trendy and willingly ventures outside the region, the style is solid and appeals to good eaters: organic poultry liver cake, organic lentils and homemade tarama, fillet of redfish smoked wheat chickpea carrot almond, organic sheep's belly from Lozère stuffed with broccoli split peas leek kale, hay and armagnac ice cream... Cordial welcome, from the efforts to the cellar, with regional wines from somewhat rare appellations (comté tolosan, entraygues et fel...).
