Gourmet Restaurant The charismatic Philippe Merle has been at the helm since 1999. After 23 years on Rue Riquet in the Saint-Aubin district, the restaurant moved to La Daurade in September 2022. His chef has remained loyal to him, and continues to send out heartfelt dishes in the bistronomic vein, with a strong focus on top-sourced, locally-sourced produce (tartare of farm-fresh duck breast from the Gers, almonds, soy, scallops risotto with oyster mushrooms, plancha-roasted veal knuckle and butternut). The restaurant's Parisian bistro decor is enhanced by a lively atmosphere created by the owner, for a moment of shared enjoyment. The cellar is fairly well constructed, with a price range of €40 - €50.
