Gourmet Restaurant An old-fashioned bistro that cultivates a vintage spirit, but not Proustian nostalgia, as everything here is rather cheerful and relaxed, both the service and the plate, with well-selected Occitan products, such as poultry from Duplantier or meat from Garcia. Simmered pork cheek with sweet potato mousseline and truffled chicken with parsnip mousseline are part of the festivities, and we can only conclude with the saint-honoré with salted butter caramel ice cream and the famous madeleine.
