Description
Sponsored Paul Gely, chef and manager of the eponymous bistronomic restaurant, has thought of everything to make your break a beautiful one. From the terrace, with its rattan seats and remarkable olive tree, to the fresh flowers on the brass-rimmed, marbled Parisian bistro tables. And in this world, sometimes enlivened by live concerts, Paul offers suggestions made on the spot from raw ingredients. Although he doesn't announce any flagship dishes, we loved his rack of lamb with truffle potato crush and spicy thyme and rosemary jus. We also appreciated the fact that his attention to others is also illustrated by his beautiful dressings, not to mention the fact that his wine list is a small compendium of attractive bottles from all terroirs, including foreign ones. And if these are the attributes of fine dining, at La Maison Gely you can enjoy a relaxed meal at an affordable price. Finally, one Sunday a month, remember to book your brunch!
