Chef's Restaurant The terrace overlooking the River Lez and the building's large, light-filled dining room add an obvious charm that appeals to Montpellier residents on romantic outings. Conveniently located, it's also a popular place to do business, and the welcome is perfectly professional, masterful and courteous. A good lunch menu at €45 is a good way to get to know each other better, without any major risks, but with success, with the gazpacho of green asparagus, toasted bread and mushrooms, all freshness and texture, the roast saddle of lamb, hazelnut, rosemary panisse well done, without any surprises, the exotic vacherin at a good level. A fine wine list, in which all the regions are represented, with a natural predilection for the Languedoc, the wines by the glass being brilliantly commented on.
