Gourmet Restaurant Naturally, there's plenty of room for fine, elaborate cuisine in Nantes, especially on this street, which is packed with restaurants. Pastry chefs Estelle Méheust and Jérôme Berdelou have taken over from a successful address to write their own story. While the evening menus are, alas, hidden from view, the €26 lunchtime menu reveals the essentials, expertise and quality of finish: Jerusalem artichoke velouté, fresh goat's cheese quenelle with olive oil, grilled Challans chicken supreme with parsley roots and parsnip mushrooms, garlic espuma, Madagascar vanilla millefeuille and ice cream. Classic wine selection.
