Gourmet Restaurant Estelle in the kitchen, Jérôme in the patisserie, the two of them alternating in the dining room: that's how this young establishment, which opened in 2022 in Place des Frères Piers, works (well). They met in the Alps, and have now moved closer to their region of origin (Estelle is from Brittany, Jérôme from the Loire Valley). In a simple, pretty setting, they offer a logically ambitious plate, based on fine products: scallops risoni cauliflower and buckwheat soufflé, the fish of the day squid parsley Grenoble root emulsion parsley and roast back of venison pumpkin pear meat juice spices before the dessert of Jerome, the quince confit and glazed with vanilla cream, all tied up in a beautiful menu to 52 €. A favorable first toque while waiting for better. The cellar is still in its infancy, but under development.
