Gourmet Restaurant Cuisine and consensuality, in other words, sharing on well-crafted plates, with a solid classical base, modern expression and meticulous service. This is one of the Rue Fouré's best addresses, with its pleasant decor and refined atmosphere. Plates to share as an aperitif, and a €40 formula that's perfect for confirming your hat: scallops in butter shell with seaweed, spinach and langouille, fish ballottine with orange endives and candied quinces in a tarragon-lemon sauce and granola, beef chuck crousti-fondant with ventrèche, potato croquette with curé nantais. There are also large pieces to roast and share, as well as good classic desserts (millefeuille vaille de Madagascar au caramel beurre salé), and a cellar that's a little too conservative, based on well-known references.
