Gourmet Restaurant On the banks of the Canal Saint-Félix, a stone's throw from the Cité des Congrès, you first discover the large terrace overlooking a wooden structure set up for the Voyage à Nantes cultural event, then enter the multi-sided glass building housing the brasserie run by Jean-Yves Guého, chef of the Atlantide 1874. The whole complex is an ideal setting for a rather upscale bistro, where business people will appreciate the professionalism of the staff, the rigor of the plates and the choice à la carte. Large bay windows bathe the contemporary dining room in light, where classics are revisited with assured taste: a duo of scallops and salmon with black garlic in a butternut squash velouté, eggs meurette, steamed cod spiced up with horseradish, leeks au gratin with carrot confit, old-fashioned veal blanquette, a regressive chocolate-caramel dome. Pleasant proposals by the glass, with good references (Vincent Pinard, Thierry Germain) and by the bottle (Bellivière, Jo Landron, Combier, La Grange des Pères...).
