Located on the banks of the Canal Saint-Félix, Félix boasts a bright, pleasant setting, ideal for both lunches and shared meals. The cuisine is classic, faithful to the codes of French tradition. Maison Royer's organic snails open the meal in a simple preparation that respects tradition. The Breton scallops, accompanied by leek fondue, English apples and seaweed butter, find their balance. The organic Madagascan vanilla crème brûlée concludes the meal with a meticulous execution in keeping with the spirit of the menu. The wine list features an accessible selection, with a special focus on Loire wines, complemented by a range of wines by the glass and in pitchers for a variety of uses. Service, provided by a discreet and organized team, accompanies the meal with simplicity and efficiency.
