Gourmet Restaurant A vast house in the heart of the arrondissement, with spacious rooms and an open kitchen, where flavors and good humor flow freely. At the helm is Ukrainian-born chef Maksym Zorin, who has worked in Alain Ducasse's various kitchens, serving fine French cuisine with a hint of Eastern Europe. The €85 menu includes white asparagus, comté, orange and Arbois wine, red mullet, turnip, mushrooms, marjoram and beurre blanc, duck pithiviers, foie gras, spinach and cherries, and the chocolate, coconut and sobacha dessert.
