Sponsored A "punchy" setting with green and orange colors, canvases with green foliage on the walls: Makhlouf has turned this spot in western Paris, near the esplanade de la Défense, into a cozy, friendly space. Chef Guillaume Laignel works with top-quality produce, including fresh fish and pedigree meats, grilled octopus a la plancha with roasted vegetables and homemade ketchupade sauce, beef and salmon tartars, as well as regional stews such as boeuf bourguignon, coq au vin and carbonade flamande... The patisserie, meanwhile, is in the hands of Elda Andrade-Fonseca, who will delight your senses with her brioche pain perdu, caramel beurre salé ice cream or her chocolate caramel and caramelized peanut tartlet. The menu follows the seasons, with new suggestions added every week, and the daily menu is revisited daily. The establishment boasts two beautiful verandas, one of which is heated in winter, and a large terrace planted with trees - a real luxury so close to Paris.
