A seasonal delight, just as Jean-François Piège intended, set against the luxurious backdrop of this country estate with its exceptional views. Piège’s touch is evident throughout, reflected in a deep connection to the region’s traditions, reimagined with grace: pistou soup, tomato salad, aioli, grilled sea bass with Provençal-style porcini mushrooms, and Avignon-style beef stew. A beautiful spot for a guaranteed feast at a fair price for the city.
