Chef's Restaurant Jean-François Piège's Clover restaurant is the perfect alternative to gastro cuisine, offering you the certainty of indulging in a beautiful setting, with dishes formatted to please, gourmet in their refined simplicity. And when it comes to Mediterranean flavors, the great chef, who hails from the Drôme, knows his stuff: tomate antiboise céleri fenouil, bohémienne d'eggplant à la flamme, carbonara de calamars, pâtes au pistou, estouffade d'agneau en raviolis, côte de veau sur la braise grenailles ail des ours et vrai jus... The teams at La Bastide follow the program to the letter, with unquestionable success.
