Gourmet Restaurant After a visit to the château, chef Didier Bergey at the piano and his wife Hélène in the dining room provide a cosy, flavorful stopover in the restaurant, However, in season, you may prefer to take advantage of the terrace to sample the quasi de veau à la truffe d'été asperges mousse de petits pois à la menthe, the pavé de maigre sauvage poireaux poireaux et fenouil confit au saté, the marmite de ris de veau aux cèpes or the turbot en tarte fine de champignons béarnaise à l'estragon. The plates are beautiful and tasty, and the eye is nicely solicited. The wine list is skilfully put together by Didier, and service, under Hélène's leadership, is impeccable.
