Gourmet Restaurant Away from tartiflettes and pizzas, you'll appreciate this cuisine that goes to great lengths to distinguish itself, with fish as well as meat. In a cocooning mountain spirit, dishes that stand out and are worth 1 small toque: spinach velouté, ancient roots and wild garlic, punta de lomo de cochon Ibérico and pistachios, well prepared with sweet potato purée, dark chocolate chantilly, cocoa streusel, ginger and vanilla emulsion. Friendly, helpful service, decent Rhone wine cellar.
