In the same space as Maison Aribert, enjoy the country setting of this beautiful bourgeois mansion on the edge of the park. The atmosphere is both gastronomic, with the bar and kitchen area opening onto the dining room, and sporting, with the jerseys of Martin Fourcade and Romain Bardet displayed on the wall as a reminder of their visit. The menu features a fine selection of seasonal products in a range of flavors and textures: trout and spinach pie, fennel and lemon condiment or duck fillet, polenta, leeks and reduced jus. A special mention goes to the brioche perdue with caramel sauce and ice cream, also approved by Christophe Michalak. The restaurant's commitment to eco-responsibility is reflected in its choice of compostable napkins and mainly organic and biodynamic wines. Great team spirit in service.
