Gourmet Restaurant An 11th-century fortified house attracts tourists and Grenoble residents alike, who are lucky enough to find a landscape, the Grésivaudan, a site and a table. The latter deserves its regular chef's hat, with homemade foie gras, shallot onglet, Murgat fountain salmon and, for special occasions, filet de boeuf Rossini or lobster raviole with American sauce. For dessert, you might like the "grosse pouffe", an XXL profiterole, or the "cuisse ardéchoise", fromage blanc and chestnut cream.
