At the foot of the slopes, this magnificent hotel***** brings together all the charm of the Alps and all the luxury of the French, with light-colored wood, moldings, bourgeois table settings and a warm, intimate atmosphere. The cuisine is that of a top-of-the-range hotel, catering to the needs of an international clientele who come to discover not only the mountains, but the whole country. The à la carte menu features classic local and international dishes, all professionally prepared: marinated trout with dill and Espelette pepper cream, sea bass fillet with Nantais butter, verbena and carrot purée, fresh pappardelle with truffles, beef fillet with Perigord sauce, Basque cherry cake. Good cellar accompaniment.
