Gourmet Restaurant
A very good stopover in the Toulouse countryside, where you can enjoy true inn service: rooms, Jacuzzi, restaurant, in a charming Occitan mansion. Of course, the restaurant features Samatan's famous foie gras and duck recipes, notably in its €40 menu, with IGP semi-cooked duck foie gras, grilled duck half-magret, clementine sauce and cauliflower declension, tarte tatin, opaline and cinnamon cream. Daily menu €20.
