Gourmet Restaurant Under the management of Audrey and Benoît Gauchet, the establishment has maintained its good reputation, and locals and travelers alike still flock here in large numbers, to appreciate the comfort of the rooms and the chef's new, well-crafted dishes. The Découverte menu is a good description of their intentions, with ideas that are sometimes slightly fusion, but always put local produce to the fore, as in the case of spider meat with coriander, mint, coconut milk and curry, low-temperature roasted turbot with satay, apple, fennel with lime and Sichuan pepper, a fine piece of veal with apricots, chanterelles, ginger and lime, or the strawberry revisited floating island. Service brought to you.
