Gault&Millau's review 2025

Nature lovers swear by this charming refuge on the secret island of Fédrun, in the heart of the Brière marshes. Guests come here to let go, listen to the birdsong and savor this oasis of tranquility imagined by the master of the house, 3-toque chef Éric Guérin. A member of The Originals Hotels Category Collection, the hotel boasts 18 spacious rooms and suites, each uniquely decorated with an imposing Indonesian flint bathtub, antique engravings by Léon Danchin and dark wood furniture. Some are housed in the main building, others in stilted cabins on the edge of the marsh, and still others in thatched cottages scattered around the park. The wellness area with sauna, relaxation bath and massages on request is just a stone's throw away.
