Gourmet Restaurant On the outskirts of town, on the long slope leading to the Pigeonne district, this large brick and stone house catches the eye. Normandy-born chef Jérémy Cannesan has acclimatized well to the Correze region. He's added a "y" for coquetry and, to use a modern metaphor, he's introduced the hidden menu that is so popular with neophytes. It's a safe bet, with prices starting at €36 for a three-course sequence, and the products are well chosen. Interesting personal cellar, craft beer.
