Today, Pierre Neveu can afford a menu of noble products to please his discerning clientele: foie gras, scallops with shells and Buddha's hand, noble fish and lobster ravioli, sweetbreads and fillet of veal with aromatics and a coffee-mushroom emulsion make up a well-thought-out offer for €60. A tasting menu at €85, well-crafted desserts and a classic cellar.
