Sponsored The third generation of hoteliers, Ivan, Simon and Justine welcome you to a charming home in the heart of a stopover village called Vouillé, just 20 minutes from the Futuroscope park. In addition to its 42 rooms, the hotel offers two dining areas and a bar. The brasserie offers traditional cuisine, with a €15 menu that changes daily. The gastronomic restaurant, too, relies on fresh, local, seasonal produce, like this local trout with carrots and spinach. "Nature dictates the cuisine, and the seasons govern our menu", insist the two chefs, Ivan and Simon, trained respectively with Alexandre Couillon (La Marine) and Olivier Nasti (Le Chambard). All you have to do is choose from the Menu du Marché - at lunchtime on weekdays -, the Menu du Terroir or the Menu Dégustation, not forgetting the children's menu. The wine list is designed to suit all tastes and budgets, with a fine selection of Loire and Burgundy wines from independent winemakers. The hotel's switchboard and reception are open from 8am to 9pm, with check-in possible until 9:30pm every day. Brasserie open 7 days a week, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday evening and all day Monday.
