Gourmet Restaurant In this large beamed dining room dominated by violet, the atmosphere is refined and cosy. Menus are named Talleyrand or Montespan, and chef Grégory Clément instills his creativity and savoir-faire. Duck terrine with port and tarragon, guinea fowl ballotine stuffed with herbs, red mullet fillets with green crab sauce or snails in red wine. A well-built cellar and very reasonable prices.
