Gourmet Restaurant On the roads of France, Bourbonnais evokes all the joys and hopes of Auvergne products, and of this historic and prodigious region. Here in Montmarault, we're close to many interesting products, and to a certain "terroir" culture. That's why we can't help but encourage Matthieu Omont, a committed and motivated chef, to set aside fads, gels and "Instagrammable" aesthetic research, and rediscover true flavors. Fortunately, when we taste the Duchambais sauce, we find this duck stock very well worked. Fortunately, in the workmanship of the ingredients, including the cooking of the duck breast, we recognize the touch of a true professional. But it's also worth getting back to the pleasure of simple tastes worked simply. Service is affable and friendly, despite the number of tables. Quite a large cellar, with an interesting selection by the glass.
