Gourmet Restaurant In an elegant, modern setting, Quentin and Aurélie Bonnet's table offers a pleasingly fresh cuisine based on the local produce that often inspires the chef. Risotto-style cod in a corn-fennel crust, chicken supreme in a peanut-gel crust with mandarin polenta, or simple veal knuckle from Aveyron with garlic jus served with a mousseline of freshly-picked green beans, all look good. A well-stocked cellar focusing on local wines and friendly service.
