Gourmet Restaurant Taken over by a Franco-Swedish couple following the departure of Séverine Veyssière, the establishment retains the name, the team and the concept, still offering its dishes in the cast-iron, bistronomic spirit. Katia Lenander and Patrick Bournisien combine their experience of the world and their love of the Charente, in a menu and a lively place, where modern and local are the order of the day. À la carte: organic soft-boiled egg and French pea velouté, cocotte of blue prawns with Betty's saffron and carcass jus, cocotte of sweetbreads with pineau des Charentes and morels, pepper macaroon and chocolate duo. Formula €35.
