Sponsored Building on the success of Chili Thai in Mulhouse, Kanjana and Alexandre recently opened an address just 5 minutes from Strasbourg cathedral. And their success is already evident, given the refinement of their traditional Thai cuisine, with its complex, delicate combinations of flavors, spices and aromatic herbs. In addition to the classic Pad thaï, Phô or Tigre qui pleure, discover the gastronomy of Lanna, the name of the ancient kingdom in the north of Thailand; Kanjana and its Thai chefs create little marvels not found elsewhere. These include their famous Khao-Soy with chicken or beef, lightly spiced with noodles, curry broth and coconut milk flavored with aniseed stars and cinnamon sticks, ranked 6th best dish in the world by Taste Atlas. The dishes are beautifully presented and served with a smile by teams dressed in Thai garb. All this in a gentle universe decorated with art objects, decorations, furniture and tableware by certified artisans from Chiang Mai province. A change of scenery is guaranteed!
