The winstub is down-to-earth, very well located, and checks all the boxes for a good Alsatian restaurant, serving up traditional dishes with ease. The menu is extensive: salads, onion tart, sauerkraut, fleischkiechle, cream and mushroom sauce, vegetables and spätzle, braised pork shank with Picon sauce, sauerkraut and roasted potatoes, potato pancakes and bibeleskæs, game stew, pan-seared pikeperch fillet, sauerkraut with beurre blanc sauce… Efficient service.
