The menu focuses on the essentials: Alsatian salad, presskopf, onion tart, potato galettes, choucroute garnie, poultry supreme with cream sauce and mushrooms, vegetables and spätzles, duck parmentier with gingerbread sauce, forêt noire, parfait glacé with gewurztraminer marc...
