"Chez Mae" ("Chez Maman" in Thai) welcomes you with a smile to help you discover the thousand flavors and aromas of Thai cuisine, as delicate as it is gourmet. It was during her travels in this Asian country that Stéphanie, a native of Saint Malo with a lifelong passion for cooking and pastry-making, fell under the spell of these tasty dishes. On her return to France, she met Maki, a Thai chef: the duo set up as caterers in Brittany, cultivating the pleasure of generous entertaining and delighting their guests with classic Thai dishes: egg rolls, pork ravioli, pad thai chicken, yellow curry chicken, beef satay.... Everything is homemade (including the sauces!), every day, using fruit and vegetables from the local market gardener and meat from the neighboring butcher. Special mention must go to the banana, chocolate and caramel nems, for a sweet finish! "Chez Mae" also accompanies your personal and professional events, so that you can take a trip in your own home... Please note: in summer, the restaurant is open 7 days a week.
